Whole Foods Market

This location is amazing!!!!! I have never saw this cart escalator in any Whole Foods I have been in lol. We are from Texas and definitely don't have that where we were located lol. But overall the store is super clean and bright and just a great vibe. It's different especially with it being in a garage. Whole foods normally brings a great vibe anyway but this store is top tier.

Despite a great downtown location, and a modernized design, this Whole Foods seemed less well managed than most. I say that because we arrived around 6pm for a meal at at the hot bar / salad bar / pizza stand. There where only 2 pieces of plain cheese pizza left and it was a 15 minute wait for the next pizza, which was pepperoni. This was a Saturday afternoon…. We asked about Vegan pizza and they said that today they where not making vegan pizza! Every Whole Foods normally has vegan pizza, and it often sells out, so what is up with that? We also heard the juice bar closed at 3pm :-( Personally I think if you have bad service and start closing things early then after a while people stop showing up and it just gets worse and worse.

Getting into the store if arriving in a vehicle can be timely because of the parking garage. Be mindful of the last turn into the parking area, one-way for cars entering and exiting. The escalator for shopping carts is fabulous and sort of futuristic. Employees are super nice and helpful especially at the Amazon counter which is over by the cash registers.

My favourite Whole Foods location in all the US. Amazing layout and wonderful selection. The produce here is better than all grocery stores combined in Arizona. Organic, fresh, and plentiful selection.

Nice huge store. Hot bar. So nice with amazing options for all... healthy foods, vegan, vegetarian, etc. We lost one of the hot bars, but hopefully they will at minimum try foods other than chicken fingers and mash potatoes.

I’ve had one of the worst experiences of my life ON THANKSGIVING…. We ordered a thanksgiving dinner online and when we went to go pick it up they closed at 1pm we literally were at the door at 1:01pm… they refused to give us the food. And the person who answered the phone was rude and should not working in a customer service job. When I said hey man we are outside we just want to pick up the food we ALREADY paid for, it’s Thanksgiving come on…. HE SAID YOU SHOULF HAVE BEEN HERE BY 1pm… this is unacceptable and I will NEVER SHOP HERE EVER AGAIN.. Happy Thanksgiving!

Parking signs need to be better. Don't follow the giant "Public Parking" signs. You'll have to pay money. And don't park in the garage with the giant arched parking sign over the entrance. Enter the least obvious entrance that everyone overlooks because all the other signs drawn your attention elsewhere.

This is my favorite Whole Foods in all of Phoenix! Why? Great question! First off, they have free indoor parking! Secondly, they have a huge food court! Make your own salad at $11.99 a lb. I find myself always in the 2lb bracket due to their amazing selection! They have 6 rows of salad bar to choose from. I’m thrilled that they have vegetarian options as well. Third thing is the sushi counter. They have some nice selection (if you come early enough). Opposite side of the sushi counter is a huge fridge of amazing drinks, so there is always a unique drink to snag. Lastly, they have a nice seating area with TVs and wifi. The only wish I would have to the managers is to not cut the food 20 minutes before closing. We all love coming at odd hours. Thanks!
