We rented this spot for a Family Reunion weekend and it was Amazing. We will definitely be utilizing this place again. Staff was really helpful/nice. The kitchen was very clean and nice. Everything turned out lovely. We enjoyed ourselves together.

Beautiful. I've been here several times over my life. Once when I was 6, I was in my aunt and Uncle's wedding (I'm 44 now). I've been here for a wedding shower, baby shower and recently for my cousin's wedding. It's a classically beautiful house. The backyard is amazing. The inside of the house reminds me of those big houses you see in movies of the south. They had valet which was nice. Excellent for outside events. Seems cool to host meetings too.

A Historical Mansion located in the Adams district of Los Angeles CA.
One of the oldest venue's, however one of the better ones to work in because it has a commercial kitchen. The grounds are always manicured for outdoor events.
Weddings, Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, Graduations, Family Reunions, Corporate Events, Fundraisers, great for any occasion.
Wilfandel offers a kitchen, formal dining room, living room family room that opens up to the grounds
Restrooms located on the first. Upstairs can be used for dressing rooms. Valet parking is allowed, Security, a caretaker is on duty to instruct you and help you with any questions you might have. Beautiful view from the picture window located in the dining area. Easy access for unloading catering trucks.
A Caterers dream for catering, events start at $800 to $1,900 Very affordable!

This is the oldest African-American women's club in Los Angeles, established in 1945. A lot of history in this 6,254 sq. ft. club house. Very charming, beautiful garden, and full kitchen. Perfect place to throw any kind of party. If you are looking for a historic venue with vintage charm, in Los Angeles, check this spot out.
