I ordered my new two-post lift with Alex through BendPak. He did a good job answering all my questions and getting the delivery setup. He quickly reached out to the carrier to make sure they could do a fork truck drop at my house in Colorado while I was still on the line. Overall I felt much more solid about my purchase after talking with him.

Kat was very helpful and patient with us as we worked through the process of deciding which lift would work best for us. The purchase went off without a hitch and now we excitedly awaiting our delivery!

I would like to give a big thanks to Kat Peters for all of her assistance in planning and ordering my new BendPak car lift. Having never owned a car lift before I had a ton of questions so I could properly prepare my concrete for the new car lift as well as select the right car lift for my intended use. Kat was awesome the entire time with prompt, detailed responses and she never seemed to lose her patience with my unending questions, or if she did, she never let me know it. I have had a lot of conversations/email exchanges with various company representatives lately as I put up a new metal building and my experience with Kat has been at the top of the list. Wrenchers, you are lucky to have her represent your company. She is outstanding!

I was in the market for a four post, two-car lift so I can increase my vehicle storage space at my house. Alex Ladosky was fantastic and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed purchase with the correct options. He always knew me when I would call with questions and despite a long decision process on my end he was patient and knowledgeable. When I get ready to put in my two-post lift I will be purchasing it from Wrenchers and Alex.

Sold me some equipment that I was told would work for my needs which did not. I explained very clearly to sells rep what I was trying to accomplish. Spent 5k on some jacks for nothing. Then tried charging me a 20% restocking fee to return the product that still new in the packaging. Then I was told multiple times that they would get back in contact with me to make things right and never heard back. I had to call 4 different occasions just to speak with someone regarding my issues. In never got anywhere with it. Other then being told I would be charged 20% restocking fee and the jacks that I actually would need wouldn't be covered under warranty if i chose to pay the fee and have them send me the jacks I did need. Extremely disappointed in customer service and the sales team. We are not talking about couple hundred dollars here we are talking thousands of dollars on a product that's useless to me now.

Alex Ladosky was the rep I spoke to and we was very nice and helpful. I purchased 6 of the Bendpak MLS-18 stands and he made it a seamless process. He answered my questions, got the order placed, and confirmation within just a few min. I will definitely do more business with Wrenchers in the future.
