I really wish I could remember the names of the gentlemen who helped me today...

Long story short, I've had nothing but problems since purchasing my new phone. Online and phone services were terrible..

I was in and out of the store within 10 minutes, no appointment, with my phone fixed!!!!

I am so grateful this team served me so well.

Lost all my file folders in the email. They said they weren't able to help me with that issue. They suggested to go to Best Buy and their Geek Squad. I don't understand because they are the client for my emails.

The greeters are not the friendliest nor the most observant. I was there to return equipment and close an account, with the way I was treated upon entry of the store it confirmed the decision of closing one of my accounts.
If it wasn't for a longtime employee (Jeff) who is always pleasant I would have not maintained my calmness.

Need to reevaluate the cycle of customer service and satisfaction especially people that look different than them.

I have a very good experience with John, tehnician who was coming to my apartment. He was very helpful and make everything very easy for me who had really poor knowledge about IT. Xfinity and team from marketing, online customer service and tehnician really helpful. He came ontime and did a very good job..

Comcast STINKS! Poor service never can tell to a live person overcharged on my bill and I am a senior paying 254. 00 for 1 WiFi box! Scamming an old lady that is housebound

Sales Consultant Christopher Moser is the BEST. I've gotten help from him twice in the last week, and both times I've left more informed then when I arrived. He is so helpful, patience and kind that I need to give props to his mom for raising such an AMAZING son. 💐
