I look forward to Heatherlynn’s hot yoga class every week! I’ve never been rehabbing a shoulder injury and yoga has worked wonders. Heatherlynn’s class is challenging, creative, and fun, while helping to restrengthen my shoulder and whole body. Never overly crowded, easy to get to, and clean studio. I’ve tried classes all over San Diego but this is by far my favorite class! Very grateful for Heatherlynn and Yoga 101

I wanted to share my thoughts on Heatherlynn’s 60 minute Hot Vinyasa class. Her class has literally change my yoga practice and life. I never thought I would stop living in hip pain, her flows are built around beautiful appropriate stretches, strengthening, and improving mobility. Heatherlynn’s class had made a HUGE impact on me, my hip pain has diminished and I am feeling physically stronger. Can’t thank her enough and look forward to her classes.

Amazing positive vibe in here! Candace is just all happiness and kindness. Room is very spacious and clean. I love the steam too. Fitting room and shower are out to the balcony, but they made it private and cozy. I appreciate theres balcony to dry and rest my mat too! I will certainly come back to this studio.

Yoga 101 is a wonderful place. The owner, Sara keeps the place tidy, welcoming new and old faces. Sara thinks of the little things, detailing the studio with all the yogi favorites even having complimentary tea and coffee bar. This yoga studio is home to various yoga teachers who have various teaching styles. It is a must to check out if driving through or if you are a north county local.

I’ve been to 3 classes at this studio and have loved them all. Chloe is a gift to the yoga community. She’s the type of person and teacher that makes you join and stay loyal to a studio. She makes yoga fun without ruining its authentic roots. 5 stars! ⭐️

I was visiting Encinitas and wanted to take a class. I was so happy I did. Great energy and vibrations as soon as I entered the studio. Erma was welcoming and very kind and an awesome teacher. I felt her love throughout the class!!!🙏✨

Great little studio with great teachers. Studio is well lit, heated, and there’s plenty of parking. They offer a mix of Vinyasa, Bikram, Meditations and teacher trainings.
