After having replaced the batteries in 2 watches, I noticed that one of the watches didn't work after one month. When I returned with the receipt asking that it be replaced because the battery was obviously faulty, I was offended and basically called a liar. She denied that she did the work even with the evidence. I further described the other watch for the other battery. She also had commented on my custom ring - out of her league. She offered to exchange the battery even though she wouldn't take responsibility for the work. I wasn't asking charity. I had paid for something that was faulty and requested an exchange. She refused on accepting the obvious. It's unfortunate to encounter sales employed who don't know how to admit errors and treat customers in such a way! I will be sure to spread the word on this place to avoid.

Kelly is such a amazing person with great customers service. Not only was she super friendly but her knowledge in jewelries down to the metal and stones used makes her unique. She took the time to look for the jade that was needed to fit into my ring. I had broken the original one. It wasn't easy as it took me 3 jewelers, she is my 4th one and several months for Kelly to find the jade for my ring. I highly recommend her and will definitely come back.
