I was at the store today, it was very busy. I use a wheelchair and have a highly trained service dog. The problem is that the store does nothing to keep pets out. There were multiple pet dogs in the store today, barking at us. One dog was even in a cart, another person had two dogs (maybe hunting dogs) a third person had a dog that was pulling on the leash and barking. A manager stood by while a dog barked at us and she did nothing. All of these dogs are not covered by the Americans with Disabilities Act, and are in violation of state health codes. By not following the ADA guidelines the store is breaking the laws that are in place to protect service dog teams.

This is one of my favorite grocery stores to shop at. The customer service here is always top notch. The store is always clean and organized with fresh fruit and veggies. Their app is easy to navigate with their weekly add, just for you deals to clip and save, plus the rewards you earn. And someone is always there to greet you with a warm smile or to help with any questions you may have.

More dogs here than your local kennel. If you want to visit all of your neighbor's animals then this is the place for you. They have everything from pomeranians to great danes.

I go to Safeway because the other option is Savemart. But everytime Igo there, I feel I get cheated at the checkout lane. Today for example I got a 5-lb bag of apples. The price tag said $1.89/lb but at the checkout lane I was charged $2.99/lb. They do this everytime.

Worst Safeway I have been to. What happened to this place? Horrible customer service, no registers are ever open, terrible management. This place has gone downhill and it's not even worth shopping at this store anymore. Savemart and even Walmart are WAY better than this Safeway.

Safeway has become very disappointing, as they have adopted the policy of not giving you the discounts your entitled to when using their app. This is an extremely frustrating policy of their corporate headquarters.
