Such a great K-PlayFest! I had such a blast over the weekend and bought so many sweet items! There are a plethora of food choices, vendors, activities, and so much to do within a 9 hour span!

Since there's no designated Uber/Lyft drop off area, it does get a bit confusing, especially when the driver can get irritated😅 but once you're actually dropped off, there's a tram that takes you right in front of the entrance or you can walk it up for a good 12 minutes to get there. But once inside with your ticket scanned, it's absolutely great! There's so much to do, there's the sweetest people around, great vibes, free items, and food food.

With 9 hours to kill, I went to the Asian American Expo, The Car Show, and Anime Impulse. There's SO many talented and creative vendors that the 9 hours go by in a breeze 🥰💫

I usually go to the K-Playfest in Anaheim, but the LA(Pomona)one was a blast as well! 🥰

See you, K-Play!!

This was my first year attending the Los Angeles County Fair in Pomona since they started having it in late spring. I grew up going every year after the new school year began.
The weather was perfect for my trip. The parking was fine. $25 at the gate, $20 if you purchase parking online ahead of time. There is no online parking purchases on the day of your trip. It must be purchased a day or so before. My husband and I went this past Thursday. I checked everything out on their website prior to our visit. I was literally amazed at all of the great deals and special promotions offered at the fair this year. They had a super deal on the price of admission on Thursday. We each got in bringing 5 canned food items. (10 cans altogether.). So, paying for parking was not bad at all. Upon entry we purchased a $5 coupon book with various discounts at multiple food and merchandise vendors. We only bought the coupon book because of the coupon for $5 fair entry on a return visit. Absolutely worth it. We all know the prices of food at the fair are outrageous. I finally realized that visitors are allowed to bring their own food and beverages in. That is very cool. It is also super smart. Of course, it’s fun to have a fun snack bought at the fair. But I don’t recommend feeding a family of four dinner there. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was exceptionally clean everywhere, there was plenty of non threatening security and event staff throughout. I was impressed with how organized it was. There were good vibes the whole time. My only regret is that I did not attend earlier on, I would have enjoyed going several times to enjoy more of what the fair has to offer. Next year, I will be ahead of the game and plan multiple trips to cover more fairground😊 Biggest takeaway, pack some delicious food, check for special deals online, and definitely watch the Pig Races.

I’ve been going to the fair since I’ve been in a child. For the most part, it has had the same food but overtime it has changed a little bit. I remember when they had the sheep and goats in the front on those little rocks for the kids to pet. The food has gone up in price of course because there is inflation now. But it’s always a good time. I’m a grown man, but my favorite spot is the animal farm. I also like going inside of the buildings to see what they have. If you want some good hot sauce, there is a guy named ghost scream, hot sauce, he has the best hot sauce ever taste. Get the garlic paste. It is tradition to get my cow milk and funnel cake. The fair used to have certain themes each year but in recent years they haven’t and I think the last big theme that they had was the social media camera theme and that was really cool. For the most part, you can’t go wrong with the fair and you’re gonna have a good time but make sure you bring your wallet because, you’re going to spend some money. I think the fair is best if you have a big group with you also. There is a spot in the back of the fair in the grass area off to the side. They have a stage and they have concerts there. Good music, and you can dance and have fun. It’s a low-key spot, but you can hear the music, but you don’t know where it’s coming from.also in that same area is a wine seller. Go to some good wine. There’s so much to do there classic place.

I went to the reptile expo today and I don't really have any complaints other than how far the parking lot is from the entrance of the expo. Maybe a mile's distance. You'll definitely get your steps in.
The expo was cool for the first two hours. I only saw a quarter of the stuff in there and then the crowds started piling in, so I bailed. If you don't like crowds, your best bet is to go first thing when they open and leave by 2pm.

Had sooo much fun at the LA COUNTY FAIR! It was my first time and there was soooo much to do! I love that they allow you to bring your own hydro flask. Food was crazy and fun to try. I highly recommend bringing a friend and splitting costs so that you can try a little bit of everything 🩵 definitely a fun place to create memories.

LA County fair! Typical with what you'd expect, but it's a good area to run it. Pro tips: make sure to ping your parking spot in maps before you leave your car. Hardly any other landmarks can be used to let you know where your car is. It's a long walk if you parked really far back.
