This is a nice, hidden little park that usually has i9 Sports going on most weekends. Not the biggest park but it has a baseball diamond and playground equipment the kids actually like. Watch your step, the dogs are out...

Half moon park is beautiful and kept clean. BUT if you have children and are hoping for a friendly park for your child to play with others .. this is not the place to go. Unfortunately if you’re not Asian you’re treated poorly and the children treat other children with different ethnicities horrible as well. The children there are brutal and it’s so sad to see children be so cruel to innocent children who just want to play.

Clean, three gender neutral bathrooms with plenty of counter space for babies, two whole playgrounds one a little McAllen than the other. The park gets really busy on the weekends due to sports but has always been pleasant and clean when we have been there.

It’s in the middle of a neighborhood and next to an elementary school, it’s a nice safe area.

However one of the water fountains wasn’t working at all as of 07/17/22

Nice park to visit and it's right next door to a school There are covered picnic tables as well as some in the open. There are four regular swings a few swings for babies. There are two playground apparatuses with slides and some other little seat maneuver things. The grounds are well kept and clean. Restrooms are available. My nephews and I went there for a picnic right after school. There's a huge field for playing baseball, soccer or just running around. Street parking available.

Great park to play. Play area for both little and older kids. They also have a huge field to run around in and play sports. The bathrooms could use can upgrade. The sink is hard to use, doesn't stay on and there is no soap. There was also no hand towels or hand dryer.

Great park used to host baseball and soccer for i9 sports. Parking is small inside the school grounds so you usually have to parking in front of the houses of the surrounding neighborhood. The park is safe for kids and has two playground areas and a softball field.

Very clean and new. Nice that there are two playgrounds: one for younger kids and the other for older children. There are many picnic tables and grass area to run around as well.

The hot has gone away, bring on the cooler day(s)! Great park for kids of various ages with a baseball field, bleachers and enough space for soccer, or football.
