I absolutely love this daycare! My baby is one year old, and they do an amazing job keeping me informed throughout the day. The whole staff is so warm and welcoming—they greet him every time I drop him off and pick him up, and he absolutely loves going! The facility is also really secure, which gives me peace of mind. I especially love the Sprout About feature on the app—it keeps me updated with photos, real-time notifications, and daily reports. I couldn’t have chosen a better place for my little one!

My child went to school half a day after he signed up. In the afternoon, they called me and asked me to take him home because he kept crying and I didn’t bring a blanket for him during their nap time. After I took him home in the afternoon, he refused to go to school the next day and was very resistant. I went to withdraw from school the next day, but they told me that I needed to pay two weeks’ tuition to withdraw from school because the withdrawal application had to be made two weeks in advance. So they asked me to pay two weeks’ tuition, totaling $596. If I didn’t pay this fee today, I would have to pay more. If I paid today, I only needed to pay the first week’s tuition plus half of the second week’s tuition. So I could only pay the tuition on the second week. I paid 596 dollars for the day plus the registration fee of 199, a total of 795 dollars. My child only stayed there for half a day, but I paid 795, so I don’t know if this operation is reasonable. When I consulted, they didn’t tell me that I had to withdraw two weeks in advance to withdraw from the school. Of course, I didn’t ask, because I wanted my child to go to school. Even though I was very reluctant, I was still asked to pay 596. I think I have paid the registration fee of 199, and even if I withdraw from the school, I should not be asked to pay two weeks of tuition, and we only went for half a day. Parents who are about to send their children here must ask clearly before enrolling, and then go to this school

I had to write this review because I am that type of parent that loves to read reviews. I would also appreciate an honest review coming from a parent that has their child coming here. First things first I genuinely love this place! I commute from Fontana just because of the amazing staff! My daughter is in the toddler program. The Staff is truly amazing and down to earth from the moment I walked in to check out the facility. Being a first time mom I know it’s scary leaving your baby and I did feel guilty enrolling her because I was hesitant if I was making the right choice. Let me tell you enrolling her into the toddler program was the best decision I made. Our first day was a great experience. The ladies in the front Joselyn, Donella and also the Claudia the director made us feel so comfortable being there. Any questions or concerns I had they answered them. Taking my daughter to her class was also nice because the teachers made us feel welcomed as well. My daughter did not cry she actually ran in excited which I was so surprised. I love that they update you through out the day and activities they do. My daughter is learning so much! My family and I have noticed the change in my daughter’s development which I love. If you’re debating if tutor time in Eastvale is the right place for your child trust me it is. They genuinely care about your child and is nice to see that these days.

I am so happy that I chose this daycare for my children. My daughter is 2 and in the 2 year old class and my son is 4 in the TK class. Both classrooms are always clean and adorable. They have an app where the teachers send messages with pictures and videos. They even send messages when her diaper is changed. In the app I can watch the cameras to see what my babies are doing. I watch them dance and play. I watch my son learn his sight words. It doesn’t have sound but the teachers send videos so I can listen to what they are dancing to or what they are learning. It’s so refreshing to come to my child’s daycare and be greeted by all of the staff. Everyone there is so happy. Anytime I have a question they always find the answer for me. I feel secure knowing my children are safe and at a happy loving place.

I highly do not recommend this daycare if your child can not talk yet. My son has indured so much in the little time he has been here. I had to bring up many of my concerns with the Director Claudia & the Assistant Director Jocelyn & some staff. & all they did was move my son classes since he wasn't being watched & a child was repeatedly bullying him right in front of the teachers noses! Mind you they have camera's here so the staff knows they are being watched & still being careless towards the children! My son has been bite, bullied scratched etc. & is only 2! This has happened multiple times in the short amount of time he has been attending here so that just goes to show what kind of "People" they hire obviously just anyone if you ask me. & since when is asking a teacher for her credentials a problem? I was told I disrespected the staff by asking that & then some. I'm sorry but any parent isn't going to tolerate their child being treated any type of way especially if we're the ones putting $ in their pockets. They talk a good talk when they do the tour with you & that's one of the reasons why I was chose to have my son in there care but as of right now I feel I made the wrong decision & glad he will no longer be attending here.

My wife and I have been bringing our daughter her for the last couple of months and we are very pleased with this center. All of the teachers are fantastic, enthusiastic and go out of their way to say hello and help! We have an irregular schedule and Laura has been accommodating with allowing us to change dates when needed. The level of care given here is very professional and I would recommend it to anyone.

If I could give less than one star i would. I am the grandmother of an adorable 2 year old that attended tutor time. And its been a horrible experience for him and in turn myself and his mother. My baby has been having night terrors, increased clinging to his mom and myself, coming home extremely thirsty and hungry and dirty more than twice a week. He recently has come home with a busted lip bruised forehead scratched arms and we were told that other children did this to him. In the classroom he's always in the camera blind spots and when nit in those spots he's crying. He has a dairy allergy that's has been documented and verbally told to staff however he's been given dairy multiple times. This caused him to become very very ill. When we brought to the attention of the director we were told that it may have happened once but not more. Untrue. And if it did happen once this is not ok. What if this allergy were life threatening? My baby has been changed by this experience 😢. He used to go to day care everyday saying Good day... because I'd stsrt his day off saying today is going to be a good day. And when he'd get home I'd ask him.did you have a good day today and he'd reply yes. Now when I say good day today..he's says no..my 2 year old grandchild says no. I'm a licensed Clinical Therapist with a background in child abuse assessment. His mother has a masters in forensic psychology. We are very aware of child neglect and abuse signs
He shows all the signs of day care abuse I will be looking to holding this school accountable. Beware. Please beware. You have to trust who you leave your children with. They have no way of self protection...this is disgusting. And your staff should be held accountable. They will be held accountable.

Tutor Time Eastvale is the place to be! I had to find a relocation fast due to the closure of my previous facility caused by the pandemic and let me tell you, as stressful as I thought it was going to be, it most definitely was not with the help of Felicia and her team.
Felicia helped me work out the kinks and assured me that she would do her best to made the transitional s quickly and smoothly as possible. She did not cease to fulfill her words!
I was only going to stay for a couple of weeks until my other facility opened back up but the way they conducted business on a personal and genuine manner and the happiness and excitement this center brought to my children were the reasons I stayed.
The teachers are attentive and informative, they listen to your concerns and make sure the follow-up happens. They let you know what is happening whether minor or major and are quick to address any altercations that have occurred. The Facility is clean and have taken extra precautions during the pandemic to ensure the safety and health of all persons who walk into and leave the facility, parents, teachers, children.
My children have not fallen ill nor have I heard word of any adults becoming infected with Covid-19 and that is something wonderful!
