Went here to work for the day until I could check into my hotel. The facility was adorbs. Had a small kitchen, lockers and plenty of desks. It was also quiet which helped with focus. The prices were reasonable and loved that they had a day pass for me. 10/10 would recommend.

The word "community" is often overused when it comes to office settings, especially coworks where the inhabitants are not working in the same company. However, Union Cowork Encinitas really is a community, and an awesome one at that!

MyTam is a wonderful, friendly assistant who goes above and beyond to ensure everyone feels welcome (eg: organizing activities from time to time). She balances this with ensuring that everyone can focus on their work and get their stuff done (eg: ensuring private room access and maintaining a "quiet when working" culture). Cannot recommend enough

Such an awesome experience here at Union Encinitas! The location is incredible, but also the onsite manager MyTam is a 10/10! She really creates such a wonderful environment for not just work but community. So you get a great work environment, a block walk to the beach, and all the lunch/coffee spots you could imagine. A gem!

Awesome place for 24/7 access. It worked well with my fluctuating work schedule. MyTam, the office manager is very accommodating, and makes an effort to connect with everyone and know their names. There are events and food offered, and many of the members build solid relationships.

Also, the private rooms are perfect when I needed to take my sales or coaching calls.

It was exactly what I needed. Thanks for everything.

This was my first experience working in a co-working space, and I have had an extremely positive experience! Union Cowork - Encinitas is such an awesome place to be productive, and surround yourself with a great community - all while placed in an unreal location! Although initially a bit hesitant to pay the membership cost, I feel as if has been worth every penny. Thank you Union!!!

We had the pleasure of booking Union Cowork for our team of 10 people in summer of 2023 and it was an exceptional experience. The central location of Union Cowork made it very convenient for our team – close to freeway, many cafes and restaurants within walking distance and great views of the ocean. The environment within the space was conducive to high productivity, yet relaxed and friendly. We had ample natural light, air conditioning and a tranquil ambiance that allowed us to stay focused and get things sone. We found the layout and shared spaces to be conducive to team collaboration.

The availability of phone booths was a significant advantage. They afforded us the privacy required for confidential calls and video conferences without disrupting the general workspace. The after-hours access provided us with the flexibility to come in early or work late when necessary, accommodating our team's schedules. The easy access to reserved parking right by the coworking space was appreciated. It took away the headache of looking for open parking spots in the area that is otherwise very busy.

In terms of cost, the overall value for the booking exceeded our expectations. We were granted access to a top-tier coworking space with a comprehensive range of amenities, all at a reasonable price point. The space was always clean and well maintained, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

I love this Union Cowork location. I have explored many co-working spaces, and this not only a very pleasant place to work but part of a really cool community in Encinitas.

Both myself and some of my team have come in to explore the facility and try out the hot desks, and all really enjoyed our experience there. The staff and tenants were friendly, the space suited both individual work needs as well as call/meeting space needs, and the proximity to the ocean and some great restaurants really made for a great change of scenery from our normal home offices. Mytam was especially great, providing prompt pricing info following my initial visit, and offering us coffee and sodas to make our stay more enjoyable while I was there with a member of my team.

I look forward to returning, as well as bringing my whole team for a fun offsite working experience!

I had a wonderful experience at Union. Living full time in a van leaves a lot to be desired: namely community and consistency. Union had all that and more. My fiancé and I realized how much we lucked out after our first interactions with the Community Manager, Allison. She was incredibly welcoming, getting to know us and our lifestyle. After a week of buying day passes, it became apparent that we were going to be in Encinitas for at least a couple of months. We ended up purchasing a monthly flex desk pass. The amenities are amazing with a full kitchen, refrigerator (stocked with communal goodies), and delicious coffee. If we roll through San Diego down the road, it’s comforting to know we have such a great office and community space.
