We lived here for 2 years and loved it. Staff have always been kind and helpful, and maintenance requests have always been quickly taken care of. When they came in for inspections, they made sure to be quick and tried not to disrupt my toddlers nap time which was greatly appreciated. Amenities like the pool are super nice and clean, just a little crowded in the summer. We loved the fact that there’s landscaped pathways all around the buildings so you can get your morning walk without leaving the complex. Being close to Hilton Head Park and so many shopping centers was a plus. Our apartment was nice and spacious, and we loved to have an extra sink vanity in our closet. My only complaint is that our parking space was kind of far from our apartment, but the good thing is that there’s lots of guest parking spaces for your visitors. Lots of good memories made here!

Manuel did a great job doing service work in a professional and timely manner. He has been the best maintenance manager we have worked with at park pointe by far. Thanks Manny for your expertise and fast resolution to air and heating problems with a new installation. We appreciate all your hard work and attention to detail!

WARNING TO NEW POTENTIAL RESIDENTS:
We used to live here 2019 and just moved back. Back then everything was great, we just moved out because of the commute.
We ended up getting a job closer so we decided to move back since we liked the place in 2019.
We just moved back 2 weeks ago. Still like the property and leasing agents are great.
Issue we are having is with excessive noise at 4am from one of our neighbors. We have 2 white noise machines running and earplugs and still get woken up. We got ahold of the tenant who used to live in this unit and she told us that was the reason she decided to move out.
Since it has only been 2 weeks we requested to change to another unit, we were even okay moving to a more expensive unit and they have 43 open units right now. Request was denied because they want us to keep complaining and get videos.
Meanwhile we can't sleep and both my spouse and I work in the morning. We also can't keep unpacking since we will need to move out regardless.
Hopefully in a couple of more weeks they let us change to a different unit but this is ridiculous since we can't sleep meanwhile.

For someone that just took a tour I saw three diffrent units

Unit on the first floor was partying so loud breaking bottles using slur words so I asked can we check a different unit (keep in mind they’re partying at 11 am.

Next unit wow I can smell the weed so could the lady showing so heavily in this next unit someone next to us was smoking a lot.

One more try unit 3! The prior tenants most have not taken care of their dog it smelled like 3/4 wet dogs lived there and no one cleaned it.
I would not recommend this place lots of partying and glass shattering
Let’s not forget I saw two cars with broken glass looks like they got broken into at night

I love living here and the people in the office are just the nicest people you'll ever meet. My neighbors are also awesome. We all look out for each other. And it's very Quiet here. You'll love it.

Forever, never answering phone calls. I just called 10/31/2024. But I left these apartments in 2017 I was only there for one year, and of course they took all my security deposit except for 50 bucks which they have pulled my leg for years to give back to me and I still have not received. They said that it was routine for them to change the carpet and to paint the walls for each move out, and thats why, I didn't get my deposit back. Scammers

We moved to Park Pointe in June 2019. It’s been about 7 months and I have not one complaint. Anytime I place a work order, the issue is fixed within 2 business days, the apartment itself is amazing (upgraded appliances, w/d and central heat & air), and the community is nic. We have 2 pools, a dog run and gym that is 24 hours. It is worth the rent for sure. Everyone in the office is nice and attentive. Tyler was the person to assist us with our tour and application. The entire procces was smooth and she was very kind. We received great customer service from her and everyone at the office. Plus, they host fun events every other month!

To preface this, I am not a resident but was in the process of becoming a resident and was due to sign my lease/move in at the end of May. My first experience at Park Pointe was great! Friendly, helpful, and a nice complex. The leasing agents were very helpful and communicative until I had to cancel my move in day due to deployment reasons. I called multiple times and left a couple voicemails and emails in regard to the cancellation and no one ever got back with me to touch base and let me know if there’s anything else that needs to be done. I feel as if they only care when it comes to securing a potential renter. I was definitely taken aback due to the switch up of professionalism and customer service.
