All kinds of fun events are hosted here. And I found this one ledge on the roof where I loved doing homework or literally just watching reels, but some prof thought I was about to jump and I'm not allowed to go up there anymore. I still do, but that's not what matters. Come see the live music, the weird events that you'd think would be cringe but actually turn out great, and if that's lame go to the bowling alley. Students get two free games per day.

What a fantastic place! A 1000% improvement over the old Aztec Center that was there when I went to SDSU back in the late 80s. Back then Aztec Center was an old, tired, 1960s-era, 2-story facility.

This new Aztec Student Center has multiple levels w/ meeting rooms and quiet, shady nooks scattered throughout where students could sit and relax between classes in comfortable patio furniture. The eateries located here include Oggi's Pizza and Chipotle. The campus Starbucks can also be found here.

I'm jealous of my kid that's currently an Aztec.

I attended the society of North American goldsmith (SNAG) held here. It was a lovely venue for all the lectures and exhibits. At the last day, SNAG organized a public market for participating artists in the courtyard. The clips below are from that market.

The Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union is an architectural gem. The current mission revival style building was built in 2013 to replace the older Moorish revival Aztec Student Union.

First we thought it was just for the students because it's on the campus, but when we got inside, it was a nice place. Not too crowded, very affordable and clean. We had a good time!!
FYI, there's a waiting list, you may want to reserve your spot before heading there.
