Fairly nice. Beautiful view, if they would clean the windows. They also needed to vacuum. Set up for parties, receptions, etc. Round tables, if that's important (I was here for a conference, and rectangular tables would have worked better).

4th of July fireworks (Big Bay Boom) view from here is awesome! Can see the whole city line light up and one display close by!

This is a great venue for a wedding. The cost is right and the view is amazing. Do prepare yourself for the package cost. If you have a lot of people, even with the lowest package, it gets a bit costly. Definitely worth a look if you are looking and there is a great chance our daughter will select this place however we may use our own caterer and alcohol.

Went here for a friend's reception, they rented it out. The bar tenders were terrible, slow, required numerous repeatings of the basic order, and their tab ran out suspiciously quick. Like - everyone thought the math was busted BAD. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Great place to get hitched and celebrate on the ocean front scene. Staff is friendly and willing to make your event a success. The property needs a little maintenance or an update but not real noticeable unless your looking for it. The food is catered so please keep that in mind and don’t expect it to be fresh. Overall, it was a great experience and you won’t be disappointed unless you have higher than normal standards/expectations.
