I came in after I wasn’t getting help at another location when I was looking for a new phone. When I walked in I was greeted right away even though she was occupied with another customer. Joana made it easy to set up and activate my new phone. Will definitely be coming back to this location !

Had a bad experience at another Metro store. Johanna took extra time to show me how my new phone worked. Her knowledge and customer service was outstanding!! Give her a raise!!

York, the store manager was a boss!!! I had been struggling to get my phone transferred over for a week, went to several different locations, about to lose all hope... then he worked his magic. Top shelf good sir!

I honestly don't have anything good to say in this review. Had a bit of a strange happening at this store that rubbed me wrong. The sales associate was not very helpful and almost interrogated me about the name on my account because I didn't "look" like my name. Not good. Will not revisit.

I have a family plan of 5 lines and live only a mile away and we have the absolute worst coverage where we live.... This review is not directly related to the service provided by the store but I have not been able to find another place to share this issue where anyone will take notice and possibly do something that may make a difference about it.
