We really enjoyed this venue for our December wedding. We originally planned to have our ceremony at a different location but we had to change last minute because of the weather but ended up being able to have our ceremony outside on the patio area. The greenery surrounding the patio is nice so we were happy with that backdrop. We had the dinner inside and it was definitely intimate with 56 guests. I'm glad we ended up with that number because with any more people it probably would have felt crowded. The bridal room is very small, we did not use it to get ready, but even with storing some of our bags and other items it was cramped. You have to use an approved caterer. We used Culinary Excellence and they were great! There is not a full kitchen on-site though so they were cooking in a tent out in the parking area. This venue allows beer & wine only, no liquor. The interior and exterior are nice enough on their own so we really didn't need to decorate very much to make it look nice. It's a very nice property considering the low cost to rent.

This beach house includes an intimate area, which is perfect for small weddings or gatherings. The space is filled with natural light and features two different rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom.

There are a few steps to get into the beach house, which makes it difficult to access in a wheel chair.

This was a beautiful venue at a great price. I was really happy with it. We didn’t need a platform for our ceremony because the patio was already surrounded with beautiful natural scenery. the view of the lake was beautiful. They had a small room for the bride to get ready. And a nice space inside. There are two restrooms. And it was handicap accessible.

The only tips I would give is if you are having an out door brunch/ lunch outside get something to create shade. I had my poor guests eating for an hour out in the direct sun. And the Music can’t be too loud so it was hard to hear the music when I was preparing to walk down the isle.

The brides room is directly attached to the shared bathroom(which means there is no private place to use the bathroom while preparing. and that specific door locked the bride In Her room so be careful.

I was also really upset the waterfalls that were a huge selling point for me were not turned on during the day. So the wedding pictures I had hoped for I couldn’t get. That made me really sad.

Nice venue but it's divided into two rooms. I was at a Celebration of Life Memorial and if you were in the back room you can't see the video presentation. They need to remove the doorway that separates the two rooms , if it's not a structural support or add a monitor so people in the back room can see the video. During our prensation there was no microphone not sure if you had to bring your own or it is provided by the venue.
