We went to the museum and the kids really enjoyed all of the play areas. Grandma's attic had a lot of antique items the kids could play with. There is some great exhibits about Rogers as it's grown and changed over the years.

There used to be an old curb that was created in the late 1800s. I love how old things like this curb were so well built that it was there 100 years later. The only reason that they removed this historically magnificent metal edged curb was so kids wouldn't skateboard on it. So they tore out history because of hatred for some skateboarders. I would like to say boo! Everyone boo these people. Boooooooo!!

I love taking my kids here to play and teach them about the history of our town. Growing up, my grandmother brought my brother, and I to the key wing when it was the original museum so it's cool to give my kids the same experience. The key wing has a place called granny's attic the kids can play in and they have a research library plus tours in the Hawkins house

First time visiting the museum and we were very impressed from the initial greeting to the wealth of information. ‘Last Call’ provided both informative and detailed history of local response to the concerns regarding alcohol consumption and production. Local history was also systematically presented.

We were there looking into the Shrader Family homestead which is my husband's mother's homestead. We haven't heard back with any more new info regarding a painting that had been donated to the Corp of Engineers then later donated to the Rogers Historical Museum. They were looking into the whereabouts of the painting. Fantastic group of helpful people for sure!

It’s small, but it’s so clean & beautiful. The kids area is amazing, & best of all, it’s free! Definitely recommend for toddler/preschool aged kiddos!
