Horrible experience, they only want you to contract one specific security company which they are extremely rude & start kicking people out 30mins before event finishes. Not to say they charge an extremely high amount. They try to overcharge if you need to remove a table (ridiculous $300 fee)

This venue is perfect for any type of event. I had my son’s party here and it was beautiful! My guests were very happy. It’s a clean, beautiful and spacious space. I am scheduled to have another event next month and I’m very excited. They are very accommodating if you need extra time to set up the place.

Wonderful experience, my niece just has her Quince at this facility, it was a dream. The venue was beautiful and the owner was amazing at accommodating all our needs. I Would highly recommend this place for your events, we will be using Encore Events again in the future.

Great place to hold your next event. Building is clean and looks first class. Has a great bar area. It is by far one of the best looking venues Madera had to offer.

Beyond difficult to get a hold off, no one answers the phone or replies back to the inquiry THEY have you fill out online. Very unprofessional.
