This hall is very large and can accommodate large numbers of guests. The owners have always been nice and cordial when I have photographed events there. I highly recommend tho check out this venue.

WORST experience ever. Please please please don’t ever book with these people. Very disrespectful and not helpful at all. Decor was not the one we picked and they refused to help us in any way. They ruined the food and portions were very small for the price we paid. Staff were busy eating to care for what we needed. The hall had so many problems that needed to be fixed like the floor, Rita kept yelling and saying not my business I won’t fix it. The lighting was so dimmed and we asked her to turn on more lights, she said this is the brightest it can get, we attended another wedding in the same hall and the lighting was way more bright. Bride was crying because none of her pictures were good because of the lighting. Every time we ask for anything, staff kept saying that its not their responsibility. Whose responsibility is it then? They turned off the AC and we almost fainted from the heat. made us cry on a very happy day. There is way more things they did that I will not say, but I’m just warning you, DON’T COME HERE. Rude, disrespectful and irresponsible.

Aside from music and food. What do you have to say about the lighting, AC, the floor, and the rude treatment you provided, the decor that was different from what we discussed? Keep lying and justifying your awful business.

After we planned everything with Rita and gave them the deposit, we asked Mike about the wedding dais, if we can see it, but told us that there is no wedding dais and there are no seats or tables, and he told us that the amount that we are going to pay, he spend it in a restaurant, and he will give us the food for free in a silly way ( that means that we are Beggars).
After that, we asked him to cancel everything, and gave us our deposit.
We realized that he was ready and our deposit wan in his pocket.
If you let Mike do your work, you'll be lose in a couple of months.

Update.. If it is like what you said on your replay,, so why you agreed with everything from the beginning and you didn't gave us that explanation? You have to be clear from the beginning.

This place is ok and has its own parking for several cars however I do not like the second floor. I guess it depends what kind of party you are having but for sure is not suitable if you have kids.

Went to an event and place is dirty and smells funny carpet full of stains...also the silverware was dirty place is gross.m

Hands down the best hall in San Diego, not only is the hall beautiful but the owner is a kind hearted honest person. My family and I loved this place even more once we met the owner. He is very accommodating and just wants best for his customers. He has great customer service and does what he can if not more to meet your needs. Mike is honestly a very honest person, he makes sure his customers are happy and satisfied with everything, he confirms and writes a detailed contract so there’s no miscommunication. He always answers his phone calls and texts to answer any questions. People who write him bad reviews don’t write what Mike did for them. Overall, we are very happy that we booked this place! Thank you!!!
