Divina is an amazing yoga instructor!!! I took a few of her classes prior to moving and even though I was new to Yoga she made me feel relaxed and comfortable!!! With each class I got better and she was an awesome instructor! When I go back to Sonoma I can't wait to take one of her classes!!! You won't regret it!!! She also did an amazing yoga class outdoors for my team at work! Everyone loved it!!!!!!! Once you start you will be hooked!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

When it comes to yoga, I am a fish out of water but Divina’s natural teaching abilities make it easy to follow along. Not only does she go through the motions with you, but she always offers up modifications, which for beginners like me is wonderful. The mix of traditional and power yoga make for a great whole body workout that will definitely leave you feeling a little sore the next day!

Divina is an amazing teacher! I look forward to her group classes every Friday. They are the perfect amount of challenge! And she gives you options to ramp it up or back off, which is so nice, especially if you're having a day you need to take it easy. Highly recommend!
