Recently purchased a CRV here and it was a great experience. They were super transparent and offered me a good price right after I submitted a request for info. The email offer was in my inbox right after I spoke with Isabella and I went down a couple hours later to purchase. No surprise fees! Huge shout-out to Isabella for getting me the info. I worked with Nelson for the sale once I arrived and he was amazing, chill, and made the wait fly by on a very busy Black Friday. Steve in the finance office was also fantastic and at no time did I feel pressured. After a rough week test driving and negotiating at different dealerships this was a piece of cake purchase. Great deal and a great team. I love my new car and highly recommend Anderson Honda.

Starting with the Honda Motors company site, I found the Civic model in the color I want at Anderson Honda. A salesman - Francisco - came up to offer his assistance. After a short test drive, I decided to buy it. Even though I was paying in full with a trade-in and personal check, there was an issue with checking my credit that caused a delay. It was frustrating but understandable. I was able to solve the problem and drove it away the next day. Francisco and the other staff were nice throughout the whole process. Francisco was friendly and good to chat with. I wouldn't mind buying from them again in the future if I want another Honda.

Just bought a Honda Civic today and had a wonderful experience at Anderson Honda. I was unsure if I wanted to purchase a used or new and Artur, my salesperson was super helpful, patient and professional. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and was able to take advantage of a great special they had over the weekend. Steven in finance was also super nice and efficient. If you're in the market for a car, you should definitely shop here first. Additionally, I was in and out in a short amount of time. So thankful they have a swift process to finalize everything.

Just bought a new car from Anderson. No surprises. Pleasantly low key sales pitch. Honest effort to answer all my questions by salesman Ricardo. Was able to test drive the car and test the safety features on a small side street before buying. Dealership structured so the salesman didn't have to rush to show us the car (this is good). Final price was acceptable. Also traded in my old car at the same time. The employee evaluating my car was similarly friendly and low-key. Would recommend considering Anderson when looking for a Honda.

I had a very pleasant experience purchasing a Certified pre-owned vehicle from Anderson Honda. I originally found them through Tickets at Work. I was looking on Thanksgiving Day and Alina called me that day (Thanksgiving Day!!!) to talk about what I was looking for in a car. She was really kind and listened to what I was thinking. I was originally just looking and not ready to buy. Then, not too many days later, my radiator on my Honda Civic cracked and I knew the time had come for a new vehicle. So, when I received another email with great deals on certified pre-owned Honda HRVs at Anderson Honda, I knew the time was right. I was able to get a "used car" with under 100 miles (yes, one hundred miles!). Henry was my onsite sales person as Alina was off that day. He was friendly and welcoming. We took a test drive and I knew I found the car I wanted. The process was very long. I do wish that I could have taken time to go get the cashier's check while I was waiting for a few things to be processed. It would have made the time shorter. I got great financing. All in all, it was a good experience for my first ever new (technically used) car purchase. I would recommend Anderson Honda to anyone looking to buy a Honda. The other dealerships that I contacted were not nearly as receptive as Anderson Honda. I mean - calling me on Thanksgiving Day is above and beyond. Way to go!

Didn’t plan to buy any car at this time. Just want to see some new models. Got to the website, 5 mins later Abdul contacted me by text, phone and email. He was informed that I’m going into a meeting, will return his call later. I totally forgot. Next day, he texted, called and email the offer and options that available at Honda. I was busy and didn’t have time to respond. He didn’t give up, I got his text, call and email Again. I didn’t feel pressure but felt bad that I didn’t return his calls so I made appointment for only driving test…. Oh well, I love it.

Buying from Honda Anderson was an excellent experience. Artur really took the time to work with our whole family as we each took turns driving the car. He listened to our needs and walked us through the features of several vehicles. My son felt comfortable behind the wheel and went from the the streets to the highway, and Artur made sure to explain/demonstrate all the features during the test drive. There was no pressure to buy, but by the end of the test drive, we had found the perfect car for my son. Seeing the smile on his face when he realized it was the one really made our day. A big thank you to Artur for his help. And when we were leaving, Joe also handed us his card and let us know he’d be available too if we had any further questions. We’re grateful to the whole team for making this such a great experience and for helping us get a fantastic deal!
