Hands down one of the best swimming experiences for both my kids! We started back in 2015 when my now twelve year old was three. Now, back to teach my seven year old how to swim, they continue to have outstanding customer service and provide a very positive environment for both kids and parents/ guardians. The support of the swim coaches really had an impact on my seven year old overcoming his fear of the water and swimming in such a short time! I highly recommend this location.

Can not say enough great things about the aqua tots on greenfield and the 60! Coaches are amazing, educated, patient and kind. They really ensure safely is the number one priority. My kid had a couple days after she leveled up that she was crying/nervous and the coaches were amazing on calming her down and making her happy! She gets so excited for her swim lessons every week!

Aqua Tots is an amazing swim school for kids of all different learning styles and ages. Mine has been taking summer and fall classes every year and is becoming a more confident swimmer. He also really likes the instructors and making friends with others in his class. As a parent, I like that I can sit in an air-conditioned lobby during hot summers to comfortably watch my kid learn swimming.

Love love love love love this swim school! I started my daughter here at only 4 months old, she hated water and I've never been a confident swimmer myself so I wanted us to both be more comfortable around pools. She absolutely loves the water now. She is learning so quickly, loves spending time with the other babies, and the swim coaches are absolutely amazing. So kind, so caring, incredibly patient, and just all-over fantastic. Shout out to Coach Adam & Coach Jennifer, they really are the best! (I also love the app & it is so convenient to schedule a make-up class anytime you have to miss a class!)

I so badly wanted this to be a positive experience for my mother and my toddler son to have together. The teachers and staff seemed to be pleasant and kind, and I understand that they have to do as they are told, but this company is clearly only out for money.

Long story short, my mother signed up for and pre-purchased 1 month of swimming lessons (8 lessons) with my son. Upon attempting them twice, she was physically unable to complete them. My mother has a degenerative spinal condition, and typically does ok in water, however, the lessons were too physical for her and left her in pain for days afterward. We do not have another adult who is able to complete the lessons with my son. When we explained this to the staff, they told us we were free to use the lessons for the rest of July but they could not be refunded. We reached out to management and heard nothing back.

I understand that businesses have policies in place for a reason but to make zero exceptions for people who have no way to utilize services that they paid for is horrible service. We gladly paid the registration fee, and we were absolutely happy to pay for the two attempted lessons that were utilized, but to swindle a disabled woman out of nearly $200 for services that her disability do not allow her to use is extremely disheartening.

Should our schedules change and allow my husband or I to take our son to swimming lessons, it will certainly not be at Aqua-Tots.

We have been very impressed with the flexibility, the facility, and the kindness/patience of the staff and instructors. I’ve been impressed with how they handle the children who are upset or scared and how they support parents who may be nervous/ worried about their children during a lesson.

We absolutely love Aquatots! Staff and coaches are so friendly. Our two year old has been going over a year and is so comfortable in the water, it’s amazing to see how much she has progressed. They were patient at the beginning and really make sure to help each individual by meeting them where they are at and helping them progress where they need to. Highly recommend!

This is our second go around with AquaTots our oldest son is a great swimmer much because of his classes he took at AquaTots. Our youngest is a month into starting the Minnons (under 2.5) and he is already starting to find confidence and learning the proper ways to swim at just 1yo. Would recommend AquaTots 7 days a week
