currently this whole motel has been a huge help to Myself and others in similar situation. however the general area has more than It's fair share Of Crime and many other things that come along with it. I strongly advise you not to go out alone at night and if you do take extra Precautions i.e. keep self defense items on your Person like knifes, tasers, Pepper spray etc.

BAD A.

Its trashed roach infested and beds have critters. Never even unpacked seen all this within a couple of minutes of check- in and didnt even bother to ask for refund just left and fast.

Place looked great in pictures and kinda in person.

Issue smell. Room smells like dog piss. Furniture little ran through but I can tell it was changed not long ago.

It's an small level up from a crackotel.

The room was very dirty, the folder gave off a smell. It was very annoying to be dirty the days we stayed, according to the fact that they cleaned the room but they only took out the garbage and put towels, they didn't clean anything, I had to go around cleaning and disinfecting the whole room, because not even the They didn't make the beds, they didn't even vacuum them because everything was there in the folder. I didn't like that at all. They are a thousand times better in all the hotels in Mexico because they are very clean. Very bad experience because in the photos it doesn't look like that But I think those are from when they opened it because they all look very nice compared to the room we got. Such a bad appearance on the dirty walls and it was like they painted them with graffiti and they wanted to cover it up with paint and it looked very bad.

Been here a couple times, it’s great. Beautifully modern, clean and large rooms. Easy check in and check out process. Shower was great (has a waterfall feature!) and always hot. Bed was so comfy. TV and wifi worked reliably. Quiet area and good food options only a couple minute drive away. What else can you ask for? If I need a place to stay in Canoga Park again, will definitely be coming here.

Room did not seem to be cleaned upon arrival. All the towels were folded but they were dirty and had stains on them as if they weren’t washed, just refolded. Called the front to get new towels and they said to go down to the front to get the new towels? How are you going to do in room service for food but not the towels? Unless the workers just didn’t feel like bringing it. There was hair everywhere! Hairdryer was super sticky. Doors were loud and hard to open. Overall just dirty and did not feel clean. Don’t recommend.

A little pricey but the rooms are nice they have items to shower. There is a coffee machine, fridge, TV, microwave. Beds are comfortable and the rooms just look great. Can't recall if there was an alarm clock or phone. Parking was also great went on a Friday.

I visited this hotel back in July and wasn’t pleased with the customer/guest service. I reserved the stay for one price and was charged another. I can say that they did try to accommodate for the miscommunication/ misunderstanding.This hotel exceeded my expectations with the upgrades so definitely worth it. Bargain price and comfortable stay.
Now I’m back in October. This time it’s not the price it’s the room. They’re still advertising the upgrades however the room I was given doesn’t meet my expectations compared to my last stay. I’m not sure what has happened in the last 90 days but…. NO! One thing he mentioned was that the orange throws that are supposed to be on the bed no longer exists. The flowers that decorated the table/dresser and bathroom are gone. Stained carpet and looks like the door to the closet is missing. Very, very disappointed and dissatisfied. This hotel no longer meets my expectations and is no longer worth the price or time.
