This place is a great place for students to go and finish their projects/ homework/researches or just a quiet time to read books/ also for adults to get some work done online/ resume/ job search. It's very clean/ peaceful. Librarians & staff are very friendly and professional. My child loves to go finish up school work. And down time they have few games for kids. Alot of fun activities and tutors for young kids. They have free meals for families. Alot of great things to check out. Security are very helpful and friendly and very professional. Great place to be with your kids. Or if you just want some quiet reading time. Safe and clean. This is the place to go.

East Palo Alto library is very important due to the fact that there are not very many activities or programs for children in this town due to the size of it East Palo Alto is probably the smallest town / City in San Mateo county maybe even in the Bay area there is a center that has a probation department it has a library it has a HSA human Services Agency department all in one building and other county offices off of University avenue in East Palo Alto this library does have classes online for children does offer educational classes for adults does offer reading material copious amounts of books very updated very clean very modernized and very well kept for a small library I'm giving this business a review of five stars as a senior Google review Tech at level 7 this is my disposition and this is my review thank you very much one last thing I wanted to say is that this is this location is also in a safe area thank you very much DSO 13 Daniel Stansbury Google review tech level 7 senior position

Great place to hang out! Modern, spacious, and quiet... during coronavirus. Wish more people went to the library during this time, but then again, the library just opened after 1 year... We'll give it some time.

I want to give this library five stars. Big big props for its laptop program, and for the best-maintained computers in the area. And it needs to be said that the area includes much richer and techier cities.

However however however.

It isn't just that you will need earplugs if you go. It's that they probably won't be enough. Storytime is kinda cute, there's a bunch of volunteer tutors, and this library does a fairly good job of serving a very diverse community, and on a shoestring as far as I can tell. However the staff make zero attempt to address raucous teens arguing and even singing unless someone complains, and they definitely don't follow up on the complaints they get. I understand that these kids are better off in the library than out getting caught up in drive-by shootings, but come on. The library is much the worse as a place to study (ie as a library not as a teen center) because of this apparent policy decision.
