Great small hotel, reminiscent of some small European hotel in feel. The room was large and well furnished. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were good. If I had suggestion, it would be to add a grab bar in the shower. The room service was fast, the food was good, but not great. The restaurant downstairs however was excellent. The staff were all outstanding in attitude, and helpfulness. Highly recomend.

This hotel is at a great location, although this is rated 4 star but the services and room itself is 5 star! Pillows and linen are top notch ! very big room and rain shower with floor to ceiling marble! Room is very clean with a beautiful balcony! If I get a chance I will stay here again!

I love this hotel!! From the staff to style, I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my stay. The food was very good, my room was incredibly clean and well kept, and the staff were very accommodating. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone!

The room provided was oddly shaped, forming an L on the inside corner of the property. The layout felt cramped and inconvenient, which is surprising for an upscale hotel. I had booked this room for my parents during their visit, and while they didn’t voice any complaints, I still felt embarrassed having arranged such a space for them.

This hotel works hard at being first class and they do an excellent job. We stayed four nights and had room service several times. We highly recommend el Prado.

Due to the fact that we are building a house it’s my fifth trips to PA and this time with all my family members. The rooms are impeccably clean and staff are very resourceful and attentive! It is conveniently located at the heart of Palo Alto where restaurants and shops are just round the corner. I would definitely recommend to friends and come back again for holiday!

This hotel blew my mind, I didn’t know there was such hotel with such amazing service and amenities like that in Palo Alto. I booked the hotel room to make it my bridal suite and informed Steve in the front desk that I would like to take some photos. Steve was such an amazing, he helped us navigate the hotel and specific photography locations at the hotel. the hotel architecture itself gives European eastern vibes which I absolutely love. I definitely recommend its definitely a 5 star hotel in my opinion
