I was misinformed about the start dates to turn in summer camp applications and was told a supervisor would return my call, and nobody ever called back. They hardly answer the phone. It's best to go in person to get any answers, and even then, you might not get the right information because front desk staff is always changing.

If zero stars were an option that is the rating I would give. I received a flyer for Play LA and GPLA Summer Sports Leagues. I called the number on the flyer to get information on the programs provided and required documentation as the flyer stated in person registration is the only method to register. When I called the first time I was told I needed to speak with Dalphin, the Sports Director to have my questions answered. I was told to call back at 11am to speak with him. I called back and he still was not in the office. I was told to call back at 2pm when he was expected to arrive. When I informed the person on the phone that I was advised to call at 11 she told me she didn't know why I was given that information. I called again at 2pm and I was told he was not in the office. I called again the next day and spoke with a different rep. She asked me how old my daughter was. I told her. She told me that the age division for my daughter was open for registration. I was informed of what items to bring. On a Monday evening I went in person to register my daughter. I was then told that I would need to return the next day and speak with Dalphin to register my daughter. I explained that I had called multiple times and he was unavailable and I didnt want to waste my time, so I would call to confirm he was in the office before arriving. I was told to call at noon. On Tuesday I called at noon and was told he was not in the office. I explained the situation to the rep on the phone She told me that I was given erroneous information. She asked if I would like to leave a message with her or be transferred to his VM. I opted to give my message to her. I had given my name with spelling and my number. She didn't write it down. I know this because after explaining the situation again because she repeated what I said inaccurately she then asked me to give her my name and number again. It has now been 2 days and I have not received a call back. When calling again today I was told he again was not in the office. I find it extremely unprofessional for the Sports DIrector, according to the staff is required to give information regarding the program, register players, etc. to never be in the office nor return the phone calls of parents in a timely manner. I urge the supervisor of the Sports Director to investigate why he is never in the office and train those who are in the office properly so correct information is provided to parents.

This place was literally my second home growing up. I went to the After School program everyday growing up. I also went to their Summer Camp, Teen Club, and Martial Arts. They offer great activities for children of all ages. I also got helped in tutoring and did a lot community service and everything I did was fun! I loved the people that worked there at the time and met great kids from different schools. The years I went here was from 2003 to 2010. Also, my first job was here and they helped me write my first resume and recite on my interview!
