Nice Setting & Central Location.

For our purposes, this was an ideal location to commute to/from a week-long project.

Rooms were clean and modern. Nice mix of eating options on site from a 24/7 convenient store with drink and snack (small meal) options along with two full service eating establishments.

Friendly and eager to assist staff.

Nice happy hour bar/lounge with good drink and food options. There is a separate larger restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch. I had very good coffee here each morning along with a delicious everything bagel egg sandwich.

A nice small gym and a pool for the dedicated fitness traveler.

This hotel should be in the mix if you are doing business in San Gabriel.

This is an older yet grand Hilton property. It is located in a highly Asian populated area, which affords countless opportunities to experience a variety of cuisine prepared and served by chefs and staff that know these specialty foods.
We have been here going on almost a full month and are truly comfortable and feel "at home."
Fantastic Hilton property.

I recently stayed at this Hilton in San Gabriel and I can say I was very impressed. The staff is super-friendly, knowledgeable and efficient (the manager actually walked us to the elevators). Parking is both above-ground and underground and very accessible through the elevators. The atmosphere was very luxurious, clean and welcoming. I'll stay there again if I'm San Gabriel. Highly recommended.

The rooms at Hilton Los Angeles/San Gabriel are spacious and quite cozy, but the pillows leave much to be desired, as they tend to flatten easily. The air conditioning works well, though it can be a bit loud at times.

It’s important to note that the hotel does not provide slippers or toothbrushes by default. However, when requested, the staff were very friendly and accommodating in providing these items.

The breakfast experience was a bit mixed. While the staff at the restaurant were somewhat rude, it was still manageable. The breakfast itself was just average, with the Chinese-style offerings being better than the American-style options. The coffee was also just so-so.

One downside is that there is no coin-operated laundry available, which would be a helpful addition if the management considers it. On a positive note, there are eateries right next to the hotel, and a large supermarket across the street for groceries. Parking is available at a cost of 10 USD per night.

Overall, the stay is comfortable, but there are some areas that could be improved.

I stayed here for 2 weeks for a business trip. The hotel is older, parking is abundant. My room for the first week had no working AC and needed a new room which was better. 2nd week my room was completely filled with ants, needed a new room which was next to the elevator and noisy. To top it off the parking lot must be equally infested as my car was completely crawling with ants, like a while colony when I came out in the morning. I keep no food in my car so who knows why however still unpleasant. Location is great food wise, staff are excellent. Hilton please invest in this property.

Had been for a show. The venue is amazing. The restaurant waiter is really cool. We were looking for coffee he was kind to talk and direct us. Place is nice. Great for celebrate events. There are jewelry and light grocery store at the is location. Parking is good. Got basement parking.

The facilities and room me my expections. While I rarely stay in commercial hotels, I found it odd that the room was absent a pen & paper. The bartenders proficiency in English is not good. Ordered a bloody Mary and got vodka & soda.

I am extremely disappointed with Hilton’s lack of humanity and handling of cancellations during a severe natural disaster. With the ongoing wildfire crisis impacting LA and displacing countless families, I called to cancel my upcoming reservation in 7 days. I felt it would be inappropriate to take up resources or rooms that could better serve local residents in urgent need of shelter.

However, I was informed that my reservation is non-cancellable and that the hotel would still hold the room for me. This decision not only lacks compassion but also overlooks the pressing needs of the community during such a critical time. Hospitality should prioritize empathy and support, especially in emergencies. I hope Hilton reconsiders its policies to better serve both guests and those affected by disasters!
