I’m extremely disappointed with how I was treated at this hotel. I traveled here on a brand trip, not for leisure, and was shocked to be turned away at check-in simply because I’m under 21—despite the fact that my birthday is in just two months. I even offered to pay an additional deposit to ease any concerns, but they still refused to accommodate me.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I have stayed at this same hotel before without any issues, so I had no reason to expect a problem this time. I’m not from the area and I’m traveling alone, which made the situation even more stressful and upsetting. I was left with no support or alternatives by the staff, who showed no flexibility or compassion whatsoever.

It’s really unfortunate that a hotel that I previously enjoyed is now a place I can’t recommend, especially to young professionals or solo travelers. I expected better treatment, especially considering I was here on business. I hope management takes this as a reminder that not every traveler fits in a box, and a little understanding can go a long way.

Very nice and elegant hotel for a reasonable price for a night! Quiet and peaceful. Only problem with our stay was housekeeping did not have the acknowledgment to knock on our door before entering the room and while we were still laying in bed at around 7-8am not even close to checkout time. Other than that we enjoyed our stay 🤓

All went well. Way better than expected. The hotel looked new. The location was great. Great views of the mountains. Staff were attentive and friendly. Parking is convenient and places to eat nearby.
I will definitely stay there again when the time comes and I recommend it.

Great room service by Oscar. Super fast and good breakfast. I also do enjoy this hotel. The location is nice because you are right around everything and it is a nice part of Los Angeles. Every time I come to California I make sure to stay here! Will be back soon!

Only giving 2 stars because the room was fairly clean (although the first night I had to ask them to come change the pillowcases because they had old stains and hair on them). And I am giving a star because the valet guys are all friendly respectful and do their job with a smile on their face.

Otherwise hotel sucks. Overpriced and no amenities. You would think the amount you pay for room service they would atleast serve it in glassware and provide silverware---no literally they gave me the desert in a plastic container with fast food plastic utensils as if I picked up an order from McDonalds. The molten cake tasted like it was warmed up in a microwave.

The restaurant in the lobby although our waiter was nice...the service is slow. We stood around for more than 20 minutes before we were even greeted to be seated. And please save yourself and not pay $29 per person for breakfast buffet...choices are limited, not vegan or vegetarian friendly, and nothing was being restocked/replenished.

They refuse to give water. They gave 2 bottles in our room the first night. After that regardless if they serviced/cleaned your room they did not refresh the water bottles. Sooo like whats the point of keeping a coffee machine if I dont have clean water to make coffee? On top of that it was a pretty crappy cuisinart coffee maker.

I called the front desk and asked if they would give me water bottles and that I would pay for whatever the cost is. 2 hours passed they never bothered to bring the water bottles. I had a sleeping toddler and could not leave my room. Luckily I was able to have a family member go buy me a case of water bottles from a nearby walmart.

Their mini fridge did not work. Nothing kept cooled in there. They did not provide a microwave to heat up food and their hotel food sucks/limited and most of us need to order take out so that we can get some normal tasting food to eat.

They had a communal microwave which was never cleaned during my stay--I mean literally it was so filthy for 4 days straight.

They were unwilling to provide glassware like a plate to heat up your food. So I fortunately was some how able to get one from the restaurant/bar downstairs. I have a toddler so such amenities I consider important especially if a child has special food requirements.

They did not replenish/restock kleenex for the four nights I stayed there. They had my parents pay an extra $50 to extend their checkout from 12pm to 3pm clearly being a gold member does not matter to them or the fact that we stayed so many nights did not matter...most hotels are very accommodating. Anyway its fine we paid for that extension. But since they never replenish anything in your room, my mom asked the lady with the cleaning cart if her room can get kleenex the cleaning lady's response was "but you are checking out arent you"...like hold on what That is so unprofessional to tell your customers oh because they are checking out they cannot get kleenex. And especially if they just paid for their checkout to be extended lol.

How about the fact your cleaning staff would never replace the empty kleenex box and or toilet paper for the entire time we stayed there?! Lmao what a joke.

Also, front desk staff never thoroughly explained what our stay included. For example my parents room had daily credit for purchasing at the onsite restaurant and/or the market pantry. That was never explained until checkout. Soo I guess everyone needs to be re-trained there?

Would not return and would not recommend this hotel.

As a Hilton Diamond member, I stay at many Hilton properties and interact with a lot of front desk staff. I just want to take a moment to recognize Jeffrey—if I’m not mistaken, he’s checked me in about three times now, and each time he’s gone above and beyond. His warm smile, great sense of humor, and consistent professionalism truly set him apart. He never misses the mark!

Oscar provided wonderful service in the hotel restaurant! I enjoyed the food and service greatly. ||Maurice the valet provided amazing service and and a wonderful smile each day! He was very caring and attentive, always making sure my car was ready for me when I needed to leave.

Adel was a great host and very quick with service. He made sure food and everything was good and always checked up to make sure I was doing good. Great service from Mr Adel and very nice hardworking man making sure all customers are happy and receiving the best service at the hotel
