Very pleasantly surprised by all aspects of this hotel. I would have expected this caliber of hotel to cost more. Very clean, super friendly staff. The room was quiet with comfortable bed and pillows. Everything looked pretty new and/or updated. The TV was running DirectTV only, so it would have been nice to have some smart TV streaming options. Overall Excellent.

I like staying at a hotel that makes you feel welcome. The staff from receptionist to the breakfast helpers were a delight. The rooms were beautiful with coffee pot, refrigerator, and microwave. The only thing missing was a hairdryer. But they did have a note on the counter inviting one to call downstairs for anything you may need. The hotel is easy to reach off the fwy. And is located in a charming community that you can walk to. I look forward to staying here again.

Truly best place to stay in El Dorado Hills area. This hotel is located in a outdoor mall with ample restaurants, shops, grocery and even a Target within short walking distances. The hotel backs up to a park area with family friendly and wheelchair friendly walkways. The hotel provides an ample hot breakfast. I was in a wheelchair and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The roll in shower was very secure. The bathrooms were spacious. All of the staff were very responsive to guests. Many business people staying here.

This was a great hotel to stay at. It was a short distance to my husband's training. The short walks to shopping, eating and pond was amazing. The balcony right outside was great area for our toddler to play in. The pool was cold but so was the weather. Breakfast was nice. I have Ciliac so eating anywhere is hard. Great stay over all.

Management and front desk employees are completely useless. I went to check in, and they told me my reservations were for the night before. (Monday) I needed tuesday. They didn't try to help at all. Nothing was going on in the community they just told me, "we can't help you. You need to purchase another night.
I 6 my points, and they didn't even give me my points.
So I paid for my room, i don't get any HELP or ANY POINTS. I travel for work and I have never had to deal with this kind of customer service before.
Mistakes happen, and 6 will make sure you pay for them. Literally.
I paid, and it ended up being a bigger mistake.
The rooms and hallway smelled like wet dog and weed. I asked if I could switch rooms, and they told me NO! It's a normal smell for this area. Very rude, I rather sleep in my car than stay or deal with this hotel.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The thing I enjoyed the most was the location. Conveniently located walking distance to many great restaurants and shopping. The breakfast is very good if you get there early in the morning. On the mornings I was able to sleep in a little bit, the food was not so fresh around the 8 AM mark.

THE GOOD: The front counter staff was great. The lobby was clean and so was the hot tub and pool area.

THE BAD: I dropped some items on the floor. When i got down on the floor to find and retrieve them, I saw how dirty the floor was, to include Froot Loops on the floor. I later checked again to see if housekeeping had cleaned it up when they cleaned and they had not.

Another strange thing was that the area above the shelf between the beds has two outlets, Independent controls for the reading lights and a third control for the lights that shine up to the ceiling. There are also two 110v outlets which were in a perfect place for our CPAP machines. The problem is the switch to turn off the ceiling light turns off the right side outlet, rendering it of no use for a CPAP at night.
