This location was a life saver. We were checking in at another location but they could not manage to find our reservation, even after showing them confirmation. They told us that they was nothing they can do because they were booked for the day. I called in many hotels and pricing was over $190 a day..... this one was the best price matched and we decided to stay here instead. Our drive was long back home and we were tired and exhausted. I definitely recommend staying here. (at this LOCATION). Service is great and they have breakfast. Plus this location has many food options around!

During my stay, I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff. They were very accommodating and even went out of their way to provide extra chairs when needed, which was much appreciated.

However, I found the breakfast selection to be a bit limited. While the options were adequate, a little more variety would have made the experience even better.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay, thanks to the attentive and helpful staff.

Avoid staying here. Hotel is in bad shape. Much nicer hotels in the same area. Most of the outlets in the room were not working or are in very bad condition (chargers falling out). USB outlets are also not working. Wifi is very slow and at times not working at all. Gym door was not working and gym could not be used.

My family was taking a trip to Pasadena for the Rose Bowl and decided, Ontario/Rancho Cucamonga would be a good stop. We were greeted by Daniel when we entered, and he was kind enough to provide places to eat and his recommendation on where he would go. he was friendly and started our stay off very positively. Every morning, as we entered the lobby we were greeted with a good morning or hello. I would stay here again because of how they made us feel.

Very nice, upgraded hotel. Bright, comfortable and a great value compared to the area. Less than a mile from Toyota Arena and plenty of restaurants and resources nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only downside was a mysterious TV system that required you to shut it off and start over to see the guide and find another channel. Time to switch that out but still a very good experience.

Very impressed. I was returning to my place in Los Angeles Wednesday evening when I learned that our entire neighborhood had to be evacuated due to the major fire. By the time I learned of our evacuation, I was on the 101 returning to LA. I figured if everyone was going to hotels, it would probably be hard to get a reservation in the LA basin or Valley area so I thought reserving one about 60 miles away in Ontario. Mills would be smart. Lucky for me I was able to book it while driving on the freeway. I checked in at approximately 8 PM. The service was excellent, and the room was actually really nice. I was pleasantly surprised with the room. It had its own lounge type room. The place was very clean. This is definitely on my list of places to stay or send people if I’m in the area.

The location of this hotel is convenient to shopping in various types of food. It can be accessed easily off the freeway with minimal traffic. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and clean and the bathroom had plenty of towels.

We have stayed here several times but the last 2 times have been terrible. We asked for a room away from the road noise but we were put in a room on the road. When checking in the desk clerk apologized and said that we could move the next day. The next day came with a knock on the door. The manager said that she could move us but we would have to pack everything up and the new room wouldn’t be available until the afternoon. Then she wanted to charge me another two nights deposit of which I had already paid. This is how they treat platinum elite customers. There was mold around the tub and the bathroom door would not stay open. This location has gone down hill fast. As much as we visit we will not be staying here again. Management needs a little refresher course on customer service. We also did the greener stay program for points and have yet to see these points. Had to contact IHG after the last stay for the same reason. There are too many options for other places to stay so I would suggest using another hotel.
