I love HIE and always stay in them when traveling. The Woodland Hills HIE will be my only exception in the future. The most annoying thing was they don't have enough parking onsite, so they make you park at the Wendy's next door. This is neither secure nor safe. Late at night on Ventura Blvd is not the place you want to be walking alone. Secondly, the elevator was out of order for some of my stay and I was on the 3rd floor. This is not a deal breaker but definitely not convenient. Also, the room was very small compared to other HIEs. The bed was comfortable but the room was not as clean as I'm used to seeing in HIE. Lastly, the front desk staff I experienced was not friendly or helpful. Next time I need to go to this area, I will be staying at the Sheridan in Agoura Hills were my friend stayed. It was really much nicer.

I have stayed here a couple a nights weekly and have had no issues with noises from hotel guests. The bed is ok, I like the options of pillows provided (some firm and not so firm). I also really like the Dove products provided in the bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, lotion). Front desk service staff are all friendly and super helpful with future bookings, fast check in, and fast check outs. It’s pretty seamless here. 🙂

It's not in the best part of town and the guest parking is limited and first come first serve. Didn't see any security visible which would have been a plus. Staff at the check-in was training a employee so the process was a little slower. The room was clean and was overlooking the roof. I was awaked by a person in the next room who was playing music at 2:30 am. I laid their for a minute hoping they would lower it but they didn't. So I walk up the the adjoining room door and slapped it with my hand to get their attention and after a few seconds they lowered the music. I got back in bed and waited, hoping they would turn it off and eventually did absolutely 5 minutes later. Wish people would be more considerate and aware of their environment. I get that some people get up that early or come in that late but just be curious and considerate of people who might still be sleeping. I could have called the hotel and complained but it would have only lead to more noise and other issue that didn't feel like dealing with at the moment. Just be good, do good and stay humble.

The hotel location was ideal for us. The rooms were nice and I must compliment the housekeeping staff they are so friendly and very helpful.!! With regards to the reception staff the morning shift ladies were not at all friendly and courteous. Not forgetting the kitchen staff lady who would always be in a bad mood and be annoyed at any guests who would ask for something related to the breakfast food or drinks ,and this was ongoing for the 7 days I stayed at the hotel. This was all happening when Steve the GM was on vacation.

The staff members I met were very helpful, professional and kind..Alanna, Elvis and a morning desk young lady ( I didn't catch her name). Our room heater was not functioning and we were quickly relocated to another room..The next morning we realized we had left our car keys, jewelry and a watch in the first room..We got everything back! Thank you wonderful employees of this hotel.

First of all, the way the parking is set up was really convenient. Having the parking under ground made me feel safer as well as making it quicker to get my luggage.

The location was convenient as well, having it right next door to a Smart and Final and near a pizza place was great.

The people at the front desk were friendly and really helpful, they helped us with all of our questions and concerns.

We stayed in the 1 King, 1 Queen, and 1 Sofa bed, 2 bedroom suite. It was wonderful! The room was very clean when we arrived (except for 1 stain on a pillow) but luckily there were plenty of others to use. I also would’ve preferred if the pillows were a little thicker. I also wish there were more of a variety of channels to watch, but luckily we found something.

The breakfast was great, we loved the little pancake machine! However we would’ve preferred more breakfast options, and/or more places to sit.

The check in/check out experience was fast and easy. We will be staying at this hotel again in December, and I highly recommend it to anyone else who may consider it.

Our stay was only for one night but overall was a great stay! Quick check in and out. Breakfast was delicious. We would stay here again. The walls and ceiling need to be cleaned but otherwise good stay.

Iwe done a late check-in, but that should not affect the cleanliness of the room. We could not use your bedding sheets because it smelled like heavy perfume and I got hives from whatever the perfume was. To top it off when you walked in there was dust and debris by the front door. We didn’t want to bother and call the front because it was late and we where to exhausted we wanted to go to bed. Our neighbors were outside smoking weed smell came in, and they were being very loud outside my door.
