After previously having amazing massages here my husband and I booked again for our annual LBI trip. I was feeling really sick the day of and took a Covid test that showed positive. Unfortunately this occurred 30 min before my massage. I called to inform them and was told I would not be given any refund due to the late notice. I explained I only just found out I was Covid positive and wanted to do the right thing by calling instead of potentially infecting anyone. I was told that since the massage therapist works on commission there was nothing the business could do.

My husband tried to call the owner to see about rescheduling the massage for a different date considering the circumstances. The call went to voicemail where he left a detailed message asking for a call back. That was a week ago and we’re still waiting for a call.

Tried to do the right thing and this is what we get as repeat customers. Nice. I guess I should have just gone there sick for my massage.

Going in not knowing what to expect for my first experience was very acceptable as well my decision was based off some comments and convince. Place was clean, Extremely relaxing just like I imagined. Adrienne was my masseuse and did a wonderful job as well as being professional. Made clear to me if their wasn’t enough pressure or too much to let her know, She goes through step by step quite thoroughly and makes sure your comfortable, just lhow it should be. Would love to stop in again before my vacation ends but at that, I’ll be back next year! Thank you!

Amazing massage! Don't be put off by the exterior of the building, the facility was clean inside and the masseuse very professional. I had a hard time finding the entrance so just a tip that you need to go around to the back of the building to find the entrance and upstairs. Two rooms so a friend of mine and I went at the same time and she said her massage was also the best she's ever had. Definitely recommend them!

Such a pleasant surprise! I was a little put off by the exterior of the building, as much of LBI has older buildings. The office was clean and comfortable. Heather was AWESOME. I started with a 60 minute and decided to stay for 90 minutes! I went in with major issues with my traps and foot, and came out feeling amazing. So good infact that I booked an appt. for my husband the next day!

I have to say the BEST massage I ever had was here at Island Massage. Beth was my therapist, who explained to me she travels the globe to learn various massage techniques. I went in with sore lowe back pain. Within seconds after starting my back felt amazing. Every year I come to LBI, I make sure to make an appointment.
