I dont like to leave negative feedback but a store who has great customer service by staff yet it’s clear that management does not work to get guests a quality shopping experience. The store is typically a mess at each visit and the line to check out is met with 1 maybe 2 cashiers with 15-25 people in line. I shop personally as well as for clients and need a quick turn around with ease of finding product and check out and that has not been the case with each visit. The employees are great but store condition and check out need attention.

Would've been 5 star review but the item I got was obviously a return... the package was previously opened and stapled back together... there were either cat or dog hairs on my item... I made an online purchase cuz Joann's had the most reasonable price (Michael's wanted an insane 40-80 bucks for the same item... crazy)... anyways... took off one star because of the pet hair... but item is good as new and works fine (maybe have an *open box* label on the item next time?)... other than that no issues... super approachable and friendly staff.. and the store was amazing... first time in a Joann's... will be my go to moving forward... I was very impressed with their prices and vast variety of items... 5 stars! ( just 4 stars this time for the lil issue)

I usually love this store but today’s experience wasn’t the greatest. Boxes and boxes piled everywhere making it hard to get through with a stroller and cart. Checkout only had one person working and there was an issue with the register showing it took the coupon but not actually taking the amount off the price. After about 10 min someone else came up to help. Got two customers taken care off. Did mine. When I got home and looked I saw that my 40% off regular priced item even though scanned was not taken. And yes that item was regular price and the coupon was good.

The lines are ALWAYS long and they NEVER call for backup. The managers will see a long line and go back to stocking. But if you don’t help at checkout you miss sales, you miss sales you get less hours. Helping customers should be number one priority. This store needs help.

Wait time is ridiculous! 15 people in line, one clerk checking out. I'm trying to pick up an order I placed online, hoping to save time. Cashier couldn't find the order and fibally sent me back to the cutting table. That clerk also swamped. They offer a service to bring it to the car, but I know from experience I'd be waiting forever. I don't know why they don't schedule enough people to work. Cutting clerk had to go back to the cashier to find my orderwhich was there all along.

We have done many online orders here without issue. However , after waiting a long time with no confirmation email that it was ready , we decided to go to the store and check . Line was crazy long , as they always just have one cashier . I told the cashier what was going on and she said simply that no one was working on any online orders . I asked for an approximate time it would be ready and she said “ I don’t know . Tomorrow .” Then just stared at me with a blank expression. Maybe they need more staff ? The store is always trashed and the lines super long .

I was genuinely shocked to see how messy this store is. There is boxes at the ends of aisles and it has a very cluttered feel all over, making the experience of finding anything so difficult and uncomfortable. Even trying to read the list for what each aisle contains was hard. I take it that they’re understaffed. Cashiers are nice but the line is insanely slow and packed. This was my first time here and I don’t think I’d ever come back.
