Kinda trashy with unhoused people, litter, and some of the stores weren’t stocked well. The Dollar Tree and Smoke Shop were great to visit and the Safeway had some good deals. Overall though I felt nervous leaving my vehicle unattended and it was awkward when a woman blocked us from leaving to ask for a dollar. I wouldn’t want to come here again alone.

The parking lot isn't well optimized. The local drivers don't stop for pedestrians walking to stores from parking. They drive too fast and don't give proper right of way.

The store selection is nice. Peppers is an awesome restaurant. Safeway is ok and convenient. Walgreens has a pharmacy. The dollar tree is... The dollar tree.

The only negative thing about this shipping center is the driver's.

Was looking forward to having Mexican Food! We went in and ordered our food to go. Service was great but the order was wrong on three of the five ordered. My husband liked his shrimp burrito. Tacos only had flavor Because of the salsa that was on it. The other two burritos had no flavor on the meat. Very blan.

The place is clean but they're a lot of homeless.
It's not their fault but it's a consistent thing

Relatively clean typical 80s leftover strip mall variety of stores that change every few months excluding the pizza place, gas station with a "new owner" rite aid, Safeway and the Denny's-esque diner out front, oh and McDonald's (ewe). Usually not too busy excepting some holidays and summer events that are held there.

Perfect 'midway point', from San Jose to Crescent City, to stop at the Shell and fill up. It's right off of the freeway and very easy to get back onto 101. The convenience store and restrooms are very clean and the employees are friendly.
