The shopping experience was very good. Very helpful staff. I was sad to learn that the store will be closing soon, The Pasadena store closed last year, as well at the store in Torrance. This Ontario store is next, leaving only San Diego and Orange county Rockler stores available to me.

I purchase some oil based for a big box store and while the stain i used on my new dark walnut countertops looks fabulous I was not happy with the stain on my new Red Oak staircase. So i went to Rockler and brought samples on my work and their knowledgeable staff helped me find the right solution, which turned out to be oddly enough a water base solid stain. Great Job Guys thanks.

I love Rockler. They have great products that are reasonably priced. The folks that work there really seem to love their jobs and are dedicated to helping their customers. My only beef is that they closed the Pasadena store. It was a long haul from Pasadena to Ontario, but it was worth it because they had a sale and I was able to buy three different items. Please! Open another store in the Pasadena area!!

Ontario is pretty much my go to store. I’m an amateur woodworker so I don’t have occasion to go often. The employees are always friendly and approachable, if they don’t approach you first.
It’s a very good place to shop for all your woodworking needs.

I stopped by the Ontario store to use a gift certificate I had received for my birthday. All three clerks who helped me make my purchases were extremely helpful and very friendly. I currently live approximately ninety minutes away and don’t get in to the store as often as I’d like, but the one thing a remember from all of my previous visits, was the courteous staff (and the awesome Saturday morning classes I used to attend). Great selection and quality merchandise as always. Thanks Rockler!
