BOOOOO! We will NEVER use this company again. They charged $3700+ to move one pallet about 50 yards by forklift at a trade show. We didn't even know they would be charging us for it until that horrible amount hit our credit card balance. Their service cost them one forklift driver about one minute of drive time. $3700 x 60 minutes would equal $222,000 per hour for their "service". We even loaded and unloaded the pallet ourselves and only went one way. We even removed the pallet manually ourselves at the end of the show. All I get from the company as I brought this to their attention is that it's a "legitimate fee" and that $3700 could have included moving the pallet back out those same 50 yards. Had we known, we would have carried them in and out and saved ourselves just under $4000.
How legitimate can it be at such grossly overcharged prices, especially when we didn't even know they were going to charge for that? We signed that they moved a pallet, but there was no amount, no charge for the service indicated. In 27 years of going to trade shows, those services were always included in the booth rental fee, so we did not anticipate it would be otherwise this time. I have emailed them several times to see if anyone else thinks we were overcharged, but without positive results.
No wonder the reviewers on this site who like the service are those who work for the company. At $222,000 per hour I would drive a forklift too.

I went to this Shepard Exposition services and ran into a Sean bentson he was loading a truck and organizing some pallets and he was doing a very good job and working hard then I seen him get in a big truck and he drove away as if he was in his everyday vehicle with confidence. Excellent to see someone driving such a big 18-wheeler makes me feel safe on the road next to big trucks like that
