My daughter attends here and absolutely loves it. They take ballet instruction very seriously but also keep it fun for the kids. The other students are friendly, kind, helpful, and inclusive which made my daughter feel right at home from the beginning. Their facility is great - multiple studios, beautiful student lounge, large locker room. We love it here! One of the best parts is they put on two productions a year, that’s why my daughter first wanted to attend here. We are super happy with our experience at The Ballet Company in El Cajon!

It not only gives you the great training, but gives you opportunities and skills that you will need for your future as a dancer, and as a person in general. If you're looking for a ballet school for your child, look no further, We love being a part of The Ballet Company's family. We felt welcomed from the moment we walked in for my daughter's first class. Not only is the staff friendly and helpful, but so are all of the students. Jill has successfully fostered an environment of positivity and formed a group of dancers who are incredibly supportive of one another. This is hard to find!

If that wasn't reason enough to love it here, the ballet training is top notch and the teachers truly care about each student and their progress. The curriculum not only teaches the obvious ballet basics but also an understanding of your body and how to use it correctly, preventing injury and bad habits from the beginning.

Lastly, the productions are amazing. A lot of hard work goes into each performance and it shows! Also, a shout out to the costume team there! The costumes are always beautiful and make the dancers feel special (at least mine did!).

We love being part of the TBC family 💕 this is our first year here after moving from another city and notice a HUGE improvement on our daughter’s abilities. She has been in two shows and getting ready for her third one! This gives the parents the opportunity to see how much dancers have learned through their courses. It is a bit pricey compared to what we used to pay but it is worth it and we see the dedication and commitment from the instructor’s and the children! Totally recommend it!!

We have been very happy at The Ballet Company. My daughter has trained for more than 11 years at several of San Diego's top ballet schools, and this is where she feels most comfortable. She doesn't feel any pressure to perform at a certain level or improve at a certain speed. She has already let me know she wants to continue training here indefinitely.

She frequently comes out of class saying that she had a great time. The instructors are kind and patient. The owner (who is also one of the teachers) has reached out to me several times to discuss my daughter's specific needs and goals. She kept in touch regularly when my daughter had to take an extended medical absence.

At TBC, my daughter's skills have advanced considerably and consistently and she now has tremendous poise and elegance.

My kid is not interested in competing or joining a company, and that was a hindrance at other schools. TBC is very supportive of her other interests.

The prices are in line with what other professional programs charge, and the owners do a good job of offering a robust program that includes strength, flexibility, and cardio in addition to ballet skills.

Our family has had a good experience here and we recommend this school.

Ms. Jill is an amazing Ballet teacher. Our children have been training with her for many years now. She takes the time to understand their individual needs and focuses on how to improve their dance. She has created a beautiful studio that is safe, warm, and friendly. I couldn't imagine my girls dancing ballet anywhere else. We love the The Ballet Company and Ms. Jill!
