Stayed at the Luskin for two nights and had a great experience! The rooms were clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The location near Sunset Boulevard is ideal for exploring the city.

Self-parking ($37 per night) was easy to use and very convenient. The staff were kind and helpful, making the stay even better.

The only small issue was that bottled water was only provided on the first day, which could be improved.

Overall, a great place to stay for comfort, convenience, and a fantastic location!

We came here for travel and oh my goodness the service is top notch and the hotel is so nicely decorated. First of all, we were greeted by the front desk guy who gave us complimentary goodie bag for our dog. The guy Milton for parking information is also above and beyond. We really felt welcomed by him. The hotel has EV chargers 🔌 so that’s nice! we love our room, the bed is comfy, the room is decorated with nice art pieces, not to mention the hotel has dog friendly area on the third floor too!

Stayed at the Luskin for 5 nights and it was great! Rooms are clean and big enough and the bed was comfortable.
The location near sunset blvd is absolutely perfect for discovering the city. The self parking(35$ per night) is very convenient.
The staff is friendly and helpful!
Only negative thing was that we didn’t get new toilet paper from the housekeeping after cleaning the room every 2nd day.

WARNING: Thin walls and noisy. The walls are very thin and you can easily hear your neighbors watching TV or talking and they can hear you. If you value quiet hotels, this is not the place. I have never stayed in a hotel where the sound proofing was this bad. This is the only reason why I am giving a 2 star rating.

If the sound proofing was better, this hotel would get a 5 star rating. The hotel is very clean, the staff are very professional, the customer service is great, and the location is perfect.

I would only recommend this hotel if you can deal with noise

The hotel is very safe, even in LA, where security can be a concern. The staff are friendly, and the cleanliness is excellent, with a pleasant scent throughout. The walls are a bit thin, so sounds from neighboring rooms can be heard, but it wasn’t too bothersome. It’s a hotel I’d love to stay at again.

This is a good hotel. First, when I arrived, I struggled to find the parking lot, but that was because I had accidentally told my car to navigate to the hotel itself rather than to UCLA parking structure 8, which is actually where the parking for people who are staying at the hotel is located. Once I found the parking, I was happy because the lot was spacious and seemed clean and safe. Then, the front desk staff were kind enough to let me check in several hours early. My room had a delightful view of a UCLA football field. Because of this, I would recommend this hotel to people who want to go to UCLA in the future so you can pretend to be a student living in a dorm. The room was very nice, with a solid amount of space, beds that were the right amount of firmness, heating and air conditioning that actually worked, and a tv that had SpongeBob on it. It was also very clean, and although I could somewhat hear people through the walls, it wasn’t a bother. I will say though, the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash smell nice but are a little too watery. The conditioner is pretty ineffective

I stayed here for three nights, and as others have mentioned, the service is excellent. We were checked in by Verena and she had such a pleasant presence. The facilities are beautiful and the rooms are well-maintained.

Edit: 1/8/24 - I have stayed here two more times since my first review, and the service has been impeccable and gracious. Cannot recommend enough. This will be my go-to hotel in LA even if I don’t have reason to be on campus.
